Security Deposit: 200
There is a refundable security deposit due upon arrival. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The amount will vary depending on the property you choose. This amount will show in the terms and conditions as well as in the booking flow. After checkout, the manager will refund the deposit once the unit is inspected and found to have no damage. If there is no damage, the security deposit will be fully refunded to You upon Your departure. Should the Property be found to have been damaged by the Client, the Property Manager is entitled to retain the security deposit fully or a part of it in order to cover these damages. The remaining part of security deposit will be refunded after 1 month after deducting the amount to cover these damages

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival
2. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities
3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.
4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.
5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.
6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges.
7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement
8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.
9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
10. If you arrive later than at 8 PM, you will be asked to pay 20 EUR on arrival.
